The weekend before this past one seems far away now after catching up from a Monday holiday and a Thursday blackout. But, we did take a bunch of photos of some of our favorite pieces at
Art San Diego and want to share them with you now that they’re finally ready to post. An exciting trend among the galleries represented at the Hilton was that Mexico City offered up some of the best art. Not all the artists represented by the Mexico galleries were Mexican (Norman Mooney, for one, is Irish and based in New York), but many were, and it’s apparent that Mexico City’s curators have stellar taste.
The earliest in the set are from San Diego-based galleries. We hope to see a lot more work from these talented artists and designers soon!
